I’m Josh Handler, a real estate agent, investor, and property owner. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across New York, Florida, and Memphis.
Before getting into real estate, I spent about 10 years as a partner in two restaurants in Massapequa. Running restaurants taught me a lot about people, business, problem-solving, negotiation, and handling whatever comes up during a busy day.
I bring those same skills into real estate today. I help families buy and sell homes, but I also invest in properties myself. I’ve bought, renovated, rented, and managed investment properties, so I understand what happens long after the closing.
